  Think Illegal Pete's or an upgrade to Chipotle. This establishment seems to favor high-top tables and bar stools, but the fish tacos/burritos are well-worth it. Plugged into the middle of retail-hell, this shining light of top notch fast casual will brighten your day and fill your belly.

  I wish I could say the meal was unmemorable, but even that would have been more credit than it deserves. Came here after a hard day of skiing and hoping for a good meal after reading reviews that they offer some of the best fish tacos in town. Instead, we went away sorely disappointed with the meal and really would have done better at the other big franchise Mexican grill restaurants.

  We're from out of town and have been to Chimayo a few times now. Great alternative to the chain burrito joints. Offers a relaxed atmosphere and fresh food choices, and bonus points for offering fresh jalapeños!
